Dinesh Industries is a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of a wide range of Sheet Metal Press Parts, Welded Parts, Machining Items / Components, Fabricated Machining Items, and many others. We have all the facilities that are required for pressing, machined parts, thread rolling, tapping, Traub Parts up to 60mm, drilling, sheet metal work, center less grinding, general machining, and many others. To ensure their high quality, we have properly documented the procedures for quality system, that are monitored by our personnel through internal quality audits and management review meetings.
Our personnel are professionally motivated and highly trained, ensuring our company's success in the global domain. They handle all the machineries, tools, and gadgets, which assists us in acquiring expertise in press components, machining jobs, welding works, and truab components. All our products are manufactured by using sheet metal – HR & CR products. Our range finds usage in automobile sector and domestic appliances. Particularly, we specialize in manufacturing the press components and allied products for the automobile industry. In addition, we also offer the services of welding works, machining jobs, pipe bending and others to facilitate our clients.
Our Factory
We have a well-equipped, state-of-the-art factory, which is spread over 6500 square feet area and includes 4500 square feet of buildup area. The entire factory is managed by experienced personnel, who are an indispensable part of our workforce. They manage all the production processes that are done in the factory. To ensure simple, fast, and bulk production of our components, we have installed a number of efficient machines in the factory, these are:

The factory has a power capacity of 67 Hp, which ensure that the production process remain uninterrupted, and consistent.
Quality Assurance
We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, which endeavors to ensure high quality standards in all its business activities. The certification has been provided to us by TCL. We follow various measures in our production process, starting from souring of raw materials, to the manufacturing process, and further, to the final packaging of the products. To ensure the highest quality of our sheet metal press parts, we check the finished products on the parameters of dimension, design, durability, finish and many others. To conduct various tests and checks on the finished products, we have installed following measuring instrument in our laboratory:
